Kim Iles, RDN, is a healthcare billing and reimbursement professional with more than 15 years of experience in insurance, billing, claims, credentialing, and practice operations. She currently works as a biller with RSG Consulting, where she provides billing and operations support to healthcare practices.

Kim helps manage claims, billing, and patient account questions. She understands that navigating insurance and healthcare costs can sometimes be confusing and strives to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible. Kim is always happy to help patients understand their coverage, claims, or account and answer questions along the way.

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and caring for her 10-acre homestead, which is home to a lively collection of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, ducks, and honeybees.
