Licensed Therapist/Clinician (W-2) — Chapel Hill, NC (Hybrid)
Greenwood Psychotherapy & Consulting is looking for a fully licensed therapist to join our Chapel Hill team of behavioral healthcare providers.
We’re an independently owned, clinician-led group practice serving the Triangle and Chatham County. We believe exceptional client care begins with supporting exceptional clinicians. That's why we've built a collaborative practice where therapists have a voice, receive meaningful administrative support, and are encouraged to grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
What we're looking for:
Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent)
A specialization or strong interest in working with diverse populations
A demonstrated commitment to providing LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally responsive care
Experience working with children and/or adolescents is a plus, though not required
EMDR certification or training is a plus, though not required
We strongly encourage applications from clinicians of color and those with lived experience reflecting the diversity of the communities we serve.
What we offer:
Competitive fee-for-service split
The autonomy of private practice with the support and stability of a W-2 position.
Reasonable caseload expectations designed to support real work/life balance
Administrative support, billing, insurance, credentialing, referrals, and marketing
Company-matched 401(k)
Group health insurance
Annual stipend to support continuing education
Hybrid flexibility, with some in-office availability required at our Chapel Hill location
A workplace where employees directly shape the policies of the practice
A genuinely supportive team culture
Greenwood Psychotherapy & Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for employees of all backgrounds and identities.
If you're looking for a practice that values clinical excellence and takes care of its clinicians as people, not just providers, we'd love to hear from you.
